I am fully accredited BABCP Cognitive Behavioural therapist with over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field.

I have worked in a variety of settings including the NHS, private and for non-profit sectors. Alongside my private practice I still work part time for the NHS talking therapies service.

Before specialising in CBT, my previous profession was an Occupational Therapist. I have also obtained post graduate qualifications in Economics. I have drawn from this range of training and experience to provide practical and effective therapy.

My Approach

I have a pragmatic down to earth approach to therapy. I appreciate that the decision to begin therapy involves a considerable financial and time commitment.

Consequently my aim is to deliver therapy designed to meet your goals. Each session will have a purpose to ensure that we don’t drift and prevent you from feeling that you are wasting your time.
